You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition.
Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days within Germany. International shipments can take up to 2 weeks.
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view the status of your shipment in your customer account under "Orders".
